RATES:
$2000 per month low season
Minimum stay 3 months. Rates on 4 persons based, $20 per extra person by night. Ask for long term rates, for rent 2 or more villas or special rates for Weekends, Christmas, New Year, Eastern and holidays. Rates per month are starting the 1st. The electricity consume is included $10 per week in the rate, 1100 liters of water per week included, propane gas included the first week.
